| 2011 Annual Community Meeting The The annual community board meeting will be held Thursday June 2nd at 7pm at the tot lot. Please plan to attend so you can contribute to the future of our community. |
Community Pride The HOA would like to invite the members of our community to continue to show pride and responsibility in keeping Furnace Hills one of the best places to live in the Westminster area. Please follow the HOA guidelines with regards to your lawns and houses. Continue to keep the front of your houses clear of clutter, and if you walk by an unclaimed paper along the side walk or parking area please pick it up and recycle. It's everyones responsiblity to keep our home a clean and beautiful place to live. |
| Bulk Trash
We want to inform everyone of the new Bulk Trash removal procedure that took place last year in Westminster. You no longer need to call to have bulk trash taken, as it will now be removed automatically according to the schedule here: Bulk Trash Schedule Please be aware that the procedure for Bulk Trash removal is to place the trash items out in front of your own home on the night before the scheduled removal date. Do not simply place items on the median at any time! When trash is placed in the median without regard to scheduled pickup times, it degrades the overall community's aesthetics and effects the value of our homes and our community. People who view community members placing bulk trash in shared locations outside of the schedule are encouraged to call the City of Westminster code enforcement division and file a report: Code Enforcement Contact Information |
Annual Yard Sale The Furnace Hills annual yard sale will be held on Saturday May 21st from 8am to 1pm. Rain date TBA. |
